How do I edit anything?

Awesome!

  • The list of officers is wonderful!--Kottr 17:21, 25 April 2008 (PDT)

Thanks - I don't know how to talk to you, though. I can't find a page named "User talk:Kottr" I have been keeping lists of kingdom history since 1975, but haven't updated it since sometime in the mid 1990s; I figure other people can get those, though.

Talking to other users

  • Check out the user page Special:Listusers, click onto the user you want, then click on their discussion tab. When you leave a message there, it tells them they have a new note. You can also sign your note using the signature button in editing bar above (it's the second one from the right). --Kottr 17:37, 25 April 2008 (PDT)
    • I will add their user names on the Help:Team page, to make it easier for people to find. --Kottr 17:38, 25 April 2008 (PDT)
  • I'm not sure how to do redirects without actually moving the page (which we don't want to do here). I've emailed Lorenz for clarification. --Kottr 17:58, 25 April 2008 (PDT)
  • yes, there are other redirects for Natalya's names, but that's because I created that page first, and then moved it to the new name (there is a move tab at the top of the page). However now that the natalya page is created, if we were to move the fiona page to the natalya page, it would overwrite it. Which is why I contacted Lorenz for help. To add your signature, hit the signature button above the editing box (the second from the right). --Kottr 18:08, 25 April 2008 (PDT)
    • Ok I figured it out. You type #REDIRECT NameOfNewPage. Name of new page should be in [[]], but I didn't want to redirect this page. I made it work on test123--Kottr 18:15, 25 April 2008 (PDT)
    • You can also see a page of existing redirects at Special:Listredirects--Kottr 18:17, 25 April 2008 (PDT)
